/!\ TECHNICAL Reporting (PART A - Continuous reporting + PART B - Narrative Part) /!\

  • 30 June : Complete first version of technical report (narrative and continuous) - Lucile will send all necesary templates at the begining of June.
  • 1st July -> 07 August: reviewing by IRD and corection/completion by all Partners
  • 08 August: Final technical reports
  • 09 August -> 22 August: Synthesis, Impact, etc. (Resp.: IRD, with the help of WP leaders)
  • 25 August -> 29 August: Submission of documents on EU platform (Resp.: IRD)

On the European Commission's platform, Partners ONLY have to update the ‘researchers involved in the project’ tab. For any other information, the IRD will be responsible for collecting all the information from the Partners, summarising it and submitting it to the EC on the platform.

/!\ FINANCIAL Reporting /!\

  • Institutions concerned : Beneficiaries & Affiliated entities
  • 21-31 July : Complete first version of financial report - Lucile sent the template at the begining of June.
  • 31st July -> 07 August: reviewing by IRD and corection/completion by all Beneficiaries/Affiliated entities.
  • 08 August: Final financial reports
  • 09 August -> 22 August: Submission of individual financial statements by all Beneficiaries on the Platform and explanation on the use of resources and informations on subcontracting and in-kind contributions by third parties.
  • 25 August -> 29 August: Validation by IRD of the individual financial statements and submission of the overall financial statement for the project.(Resp.: IRD)
Each Beneficiary must enter his financial information on the EC platform, once it has been validated by the IRD (outside the platform as it is simpler). The IRD must then officially validate and submit all the financial information to the EC.
